What SAK are ya totin' today?

After spending a week with just a Mini Champ in my coin pocket i have come to the conclusion that the blades i use the most are all on the Manager and because i have an Alox MC i also get tweezers (or toothpick) and a pen.

So it looks like the Manager will be my regular carry, at least till my Alox Rambler arrives.

What awesome pics - you guys have some great SAK's for sure. Ken that double-rig/Pouch is quite intriguing! What do you carry in each pouch? I must know? lol

This leather pouch and it's orange Farmer are a permanent fixture on my right hip - day in and day out the Farmer is ALWAYS there and ready!

Thank you Ken!

Wow , its good to see its still alive , I love catching up with people and seeing my babies :)

That double sheath is my personal one that I've worn everyday for a few months now at work .
It is a bit different in that is a " Beltless " sheath , which attaches to the belt loops on your pants and not your belt .
I can be worn with a belt if you want , but one of its attributes is that if you are going somewhere where you not allowed to carry a knife you can quickly take it off and leave it in the truck .
That double one is for my " Work Farmer " and a Flashlight .
I've made a few others that are just for knives but they attach to the loops differently , the double uses the flaps in a dual role of both attaching and enclosing the pouch .
The singles have separate flaps to attach to the belt loops .

I've got rid of most of my SAK's and all I ever carry now is a Farmer either the standard silver work one or a grey one when I want to be real flash .
But I do carry one of my old straight ribbed Cadets on the weekends etc in a soft leather pocket sheath that was given to me by G2 here on the forums when he sent me a knife , its one of my most favourite and cherished sheaths .

^^^ Ah ok, interesting concept. You do great leatherwork, I like your designs and the thought that goes into them. Keep up the good work!

^^^ Never seen one of those SAK Guy... Colorful!

PS: Are you a fan of Col Askins? I've got one of his Dad's book on order right now - on shotguns - classic stuff!

Thanks AZR!!! Yes! Read him for years in Guns and Ammo, etc and finally "pulled the trigger" on a couple of his books recently. Have this one and "The Gunfighters." Cool writing style...really enjoying them. Want his autobiography next. Guy had a "colorful" life.

Wenger Traveler is in my pocket today.

Based on my positive experience so far with the Traveler, I've ordered me a Wenger Classic 16 which I expect to replace my Small Tinker as my regular left front pocket carry.
