What SOGs do you own?????

Got a SOG Vision in titanium coming in anytime now. It gots the Arc-lock which had some very good reviews. I also like the finger choil. Never handled the knife, so I am being optimistic.

EOD PowerLock x2
CrossGrip x2
CrossCut x2
Access Card x2
Flash II x2

I think that's all...

At the moment, I have the Field Pup, Northwest Ranger, Hunter Revolver, and a current production Tigershark. As some of you know, I was looking for a Tigershark without the partially serrated blade, but when delivered it had the serratons; I decided to keep it since I didn't have one. Alot of hassle considereing I could have just walked in a local store and bought one for about the same price. The Hunter Revolver is a really interesting knife. I like the sheath. I have so many appropriate choices for a belt carry deer hunting knife. At the moment, I'm leaning toward the Hunter Revolver for that task in the fall. But, the Northwest Ranger and Field Pup are really nice blades. Flip a coin? Best out of three? Some many choices. It is nice to have choices.

Next SOG blade will probably be a Tomcat.

22-rimfire, very nice collection. The saw on the Hunter Revolver will cut that deer pelvic bone very well.

I know many hunters (my son included :D ) in Tenn. area who use them for deer hunting and would not go without them.

One of my buddies field dressed a very large elk a year or so ago using only the Hunter Revolver, and since has used it on a couple deer.

I have A Seal pup and now have on the way a trident folder with satin blade. So Far love SOG would reccomend to any knife buyer

Thanks Robbie for the compliment. My SOG accumulation is growing as I am new to the line. As you probably noticed, I am not inclined toward fighting knives or tactical knives in general. The Tiger Shark is too big for me to consider it a tactical knife; it is just too dang big for my body size. I just think it's cool mostly. Friends have large knives and I just look at them with big eyes, so I have gotten a few.

I carry a pocket knife daily, but I do not think in terms of self defense when it comes to a knife. Spyderco Native is a nice knife without the clip. I'm just as happy with a Remington bullet knife. But the pocket knife duty usually falls to a SAK of late or a tiny cheap Gerber or both. Guns serve better for defensive purposes. The new Bowie has a great deal of appeal. I have an early 1990's vintage EK Commando bowie that I really like as well as some Randall's and Customs. The EK was always considered my large bug-out knife. Funny; if you actually had to "bug-out" in a crisis, I'd be leaving all my best blades at home for someone to steal.

I'll probably hit the annual Blade show this year in Atlanta and really look at what is available. My first multi-tool came from the Blade Show when they first appeared on the market. I bought a Randall Jack Crider Special that day from Jack Crider. There was one knife that I will always regret not buying at that show.... a Randall shaped like a short sword with both edges sharp. It looked like something out of the Hobbit. Haven't seen one since. Exceptionally cool knife!

Hello Folks
I have carried a Powerlock Pliers for about 6 years now, used it for everything you can imagine and then some and found it to be the strongest pliers out there. I like the look of the Seal Pup and am keen to get that next.

I just received pics from STR of my newly waved Ti Vision. Looks great. Will post more artistic pics once I receive it.

More to come... I promise

Man. It's not just me...
I only have the one knife (SEAL 2K) but it took me a long time to decide betwenn that and the Pup. Now I have to figure out how to not buy a bunch of others.
I wish I had found you guys sooner. Here in GTMO I can get em 20 or thirty dollars cheaper than I've seen back home. I would've hooked you guys up.
Still can't believe I spent $100 on a knife...
