Off Topic What song are you listening to?

Some great artists posted that I never heard of but will now follow. The thread grew so fast i cant even keep up with all the new links.

It's great to find new artists that you'd never stumble upon on your own. I'm such a music junkie. I have tunes playing all the time, morning until night. If there's silence, all I can hear is eeeeeeEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeEEEEEEEE. Years of firearms, and industrial noise have gotten to me. I wear plugs all the time when at work or shooting, and my hearing tests are fine. The techs are usually surprised at how good the results are for being in my line of work for pushing 2 decades now. But I'd rather listen to music than a high pitched squeal if I get the choice. I picked myself up a set of bone conduction headphones a while back, and they're awesome. You can listen to music but still hear your surroundings, and they get louder if you use ear plugs with them. If you're in the market for headphones, I really like my Trekz Titanium Minis. They fit my head really well, and don't get moved around if you look upwards like the full size ones my friend has. They say there's a 6 hour battery life, but I get 12 hours of play time no problem. And they'll stay charged on stand by for a couple weeks.

Back to the music, I forgot I had this one. I don't have too many like this, but find this one catchy.

Dude you better check yourself or end up a victim of tinnitus (spelling??). I have a family member and several friends with it. It is slowly driving them to insanity and there is not a thing anyone or anything can do to help them.

I know there's nothing that can be done about it. It's not getting worse. I plug up at concerts and whenever I expect to be around anything loud. I had a magnum rifle AD with the muzzle inches from my right ear when I was 15. The squeal has been my constant companion ever since. Apparently didn't do all that much damage as I still test okay, just have the endless eEEEEee until I die now.

Apart from this song the guy is a musical genius, not a singer or song writer or musician more a freaky sound architect, comedian entertainer.


A typical performance everything he says is a mind-f¥ck. Takes a while for some folks to get in on the joke.
