An S90V blade wearing CF/Ti? I'd be all over that.

The steel lockbar insert would be a bonus. If the blade is a laminate, I'll pass.

I don't think it is; usually Spyderco don't do the San Mai cladding on S90V. I don't recall seeing any Golden Colorado knives doing the laminates either, but I could be wrong. It'll make for a very cool knife, and I'd really like to see pics of the prototype...

EDIT: Someone just mentioned a previous Military model with a blade in laminated S90V, so apparently it's more of a possibility than I thought.

I think they did a S90V/420J cladding on a blue Millie.

That's a bullsh*t laminate.

I have a few CF Millies....I don't want crap.

Yeah, I kind of agree. S90V is tough, and more corrosion resistant than a lot of the steels they usually laminate, like ZDP, or SuperBlue; other knives like the K2, Schempp Tuff and Gayle Bradley use high-carbon tool steels -- CPM 10V, 3V and M4 -- without cladding or coatings, and S90V is more corrosion resistant than any of those.

First Techno. It's been on my radar for a long time, but not that my work is actually enforcing the knife policy I need something smaller.

I just love the blade shape. Might be lack of spine hump. I like the Native alot too

It's like a choil-less Millie that carries tip up and since it has no screws you just stuff it in your pocket and use it. Just blow it out and oil it occasionally.
And that VG-10 blade is a nice slicer.
