Can't speak about the SNG, but I have two AR's, 1 black, 1 Coyote brown, and I really do have a preference for that CB! Though I do want to get a Ranger Green AR sometime down the road!:thumbup::thumbup: Btw, I also use miltec lube on mine and it does a great job.

I handled a ZT 300 series knife, and it is HEAVY HEAVY, and BIG! The size is almost acceptable, but the weight made me laugh out loud~D

If yur gonna comment that the ZT 300 knives are even sort of comparable to the SnG, you will eat your words if you handle an SnG. If you wanna comment on price, go for it, now THAT'S valid... THEY ARE too expensive... But there is NOTHING comparable for less.
As far as color goes... I have a black SnG and a Ranger Green SnG CC. I thought I would prefer the black, but it is so plain looking. The RG is a really cool OD-ish color, and I like it better. As far as the tan goes, I'd have to see it in person to know! I also dig the green of the Spydie UKPK... I never thought I'd choose some hippy color over black.. I'm gonna go hoola hoop now.
