What-the-MUK . . . Who wants in?

Here's my take. Make the Mini thin as Jerry has spec'd it out in the other thread and the larger one between .170" to 3/16". Either way satin and DC would be a must, I prefer canvas slabs over G10 and either hand contoured or basic EDC pattern. Something with a little shape/palm swell would be nice but not mandatory.

I'd like a MiniMuk as is!! And a BussMuk in .320"!!

DC w/ Black G-10 pair and a Satin w/ Green Linen pair!!


Even with all of us into these ideas, this style knife will bring in many knife enthusiasts that have been waiting for just such a knife in INFI that have never considered Busse knives to date. I think no matter what we say, the likelyhood of a much larger following would ensue. The WSS board has been watching this knife with a lot of interest.

Im definately for a Fatty Full Figure. Ill take the little one too though.

I really like the Mini-Muk as pictured. Don't really care about handle color; wouldn't mind a skeleton version that I could put my own wood on. Only satin finish for me on this one, and 1/8" is just about the right thickness; I would not really like for it to be much thinner and would lose almost all interest if it were made thicker.

Rather indifferent about the larger Muk.

I really want DWRW's design changes for this!

I would probably buy it either way though. And if I had to choose just one of the two, it would definitely be the Mini. I WOULD like to see some different handles, though. Maybe someone who is proficient at photoshop can show us what the mini might look like with the BATAC-shaped handles (or something else...CALLING DWRW) Options for micarta or g-10 would be nice, but I'll be damned if the grips on it now don't look fantastic.

Also, I say Satin or DC.
