Better half; Victorinox classic on keys, Opinel number 8 stainless with hearts all over it in purse. Mora sheath knife in daypack. Someties the purse Opinel gets replaced with an Italian Zuava I got from jack. Karen thought it was too pretty to be in my jeans pocket.
Number one son; SAK's. John travels a lot for his company, and SAK's are available all over Europe and the rest of the world. When home, he is still a SAK carrier.
Daughter; Victorinox classic in a few different colors.
Number two son; Old Camillus made Buck stockman he commandeered from a certain old man. Also a Case peanut in yellow and CV. A stag Boker small lock blade. A few SAK's, and a certain old boy scout knife an old man once had while a scout. Only kid out of three that took to traditional pocket knives.
Nephew; Any knife he can talk me out of that I've carried. To date, a Queen canoe, a GEC 15, an Eye Brand wood handle sodbuster, and an Opinel number 8 with a sanded and stained linseed oiled handle.
Grandson; my old knives that he's commandeered and won't let me carry anymore. He's got my first Buck 301, my dad's old peanut, granddad's old Sheffield sailors knife, and my Vietnam issue Camillus MK2. He himself carries a SAK. It seems to run in the family.
Granddaughter number one; Vic classic's in an array of colors. And Opinel number 7 slim in purse,
Granddaughter number two; Aspiring to take my Remington peanut and classic. Not quite old enough, and California is hinnky with knives and kids, so we have to keep an eye on her.
Dad; Never saw him carry anything else but his old Case peanut, except in his later years when arthritis got bad, he carried a Christy knife. Carried that Case peanut for a lost 40 years.
