What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Carrying a single blade armadillo scaled trapper I made in 2007, it's a bit rough in F&F but holds a great edge.

Certainly doesn't!
I like that hat. Who made it?
Thanks! The girlfriend may not like it much but I sure do and many others ask about it also. It's a Cabela's Felt Outback hat and a great hunting hat; water resistant, crushable, relatively warm, and keeps precipitation off of my neck. Still have the 301 in my pocket today.

Carrying this Tear Drop Jack(3-5/8) Rick made for me... African Blackwood, I think he
did a great job! Swedges are perfect....imho!

Jason, that Tear Drop Jack is an absolute smasher. Congratulations on that and tom Mr Menefee!!

I'm just packing my small, classic Cognet Douk-Douk today....but sadly not a proper camera.
Have a bit of 'light' reading to do today....

Have a good day folks!

p.s. Jack, are you wearing a bomber jacket?! *scruffuk shakes his head*

LOL! No, it was sat on the back of my kitchen chair, and I thought it might make a different background (didn't work very well unfortunately) :D

The post number will change soon enough, but I thought it interesting that this, my 2331st post was for showing that I am today carrying my Schrade 2331 jack.

Me, The Duke, and a Sodie Jr. CV. I lost this knife, and when I got back home it was with my other pocket knives.... The wife found it! I was really missing it. It fell out of my pajamas pocket after I broke my leg last year..... I was on good pain killers :o

Barlow by Ray Smith (MS/ASB)
With magnificent mammouth scales.....
16 cm lenght with a 6 cm blade.......

That IS magnificent. Really one of the finest examples of a Barlow I've seen.

No coincidence me thinks ;)

Congratulations on such a unique landmark.

WOW so does this thread have the record for longest yet on bf? Just took my first foray into traditionals yesterday with a case navy blue mini copperhead, had two blisters, a small cut, and nothing to show for a lot of wood shavings within the hour. Haven't had that much fun with a knife in a long time :D

I dug this one out of the "vault" for another thread a couple days ago. It really is a sweetheart of a pocket knife. A Schrade 194OT. 3-3/4" closed with plenty of blade; it is a fine EDC.

Ah! a kindred spirit. You have chosen wisely. The mini copperhead is my all time favorite small knife. You need to get us a photo up and show it off.

Woodrow, you need to get one of those Case John Wayne wharncliffe mini trappers to go with that cup! The sodbust looks good with it though.

Today it's a Joel Chamblin Sway Back Jack, 3 3/8", CPM-154 and some pretty amber stag.
