The green bone is evenly dyed mark/pile sides, and knife to knife.
I really should carry these more often.

Thanks. That is the Böker Nessimi Pro. Basically it is a small knife with a blade for skinning. You can see how small it is next to this GEC 23.

Headed out in a few minutes to Klamath Falls, Oregon for a doctors visit to the wife's Cardiologist. Looks like lunch at Applebee's for BB-Q riblets, which are soft enough for me to gum them. Might run across a cow on the road - happens frequently so, a Sowbelly Stockman will be in order.
