What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Took this one out to oil today . Some years ago when I went to buy an Alaskan Guide 110 in Desert Ironwood, I found they were discontinued. After calling over a dozen Cabela's around America an employee finally located one. He went on to say, I found one in the back that I'll sell you at a discounted price but you may not want it. When Chuck Buck came to our store he scribed his name on the blade. I replied fair enough , I can live with that. :)

Cleaning my bike, oiling and preparing to put her in my shed/workshop for the winter.

This as always in my pocket at home.

If you can ID the bike from this photo you win a Cadburys button (chocolate not badge that is) and not a packet just one I am going to eat the rest. ;)

Street version of the square 4 cylinder 350cc 2 stroke pocket rocket road racers (if I remember correctly, the 350cc put out around 110 horsepower. The 500cc was well over 200.) that Yamaha campaigned in the late '70s/early '90s?
Perhaps a Kawasaki 2 stroke 750cc three cylinder crotch rocket, like my brother had in the 70's?
I forget the model number designation.

Nice !!! ... I was looking at this one pretty hard last night. Covers looked a little thicker than the bone covered SBJ's but not as thick as the regular production smooth Delrin ones but I could be wrong, just looking at pictures after all.
So what do you make of it, G?
It is slightly thinner than a SAK Tinker, which makes it nice to carry and still have something to hang on to. Only technical nit picks is the shield is a bit proud in one spot cuz of the groove and the blade pivot needed a couple taps with a rubber mallet to take the wobble out.

Magnificent or madness you decide?

While I was running my bike engine up to dry it I got on with my plan I had from my walk the other day.

First I swept up my neighbours last grotty leaves from my back garden lawn.

Then spread out the colourful leaves I had gathered the other day, putting then in my line of site for when I am sitting on my bench.

I like it,so I will gather more next time as my garden is pretty drab.

Just grass and a tree as every plant I planted died except the daffodils.😄

Thank you for the honest insight !!! ... rubber mallet remedy seems to be common with the Case Zippo's. Had to do it to my Mini Trapper and read here of one other member having to do the same thing.

Thanks for the compliment .. I think another half pound on the pivot setter would take care of the problem.
