No snow here, didn't get quite cold enough.

This is all I’ve got on me. Honest.
Well besides the old Leatherman Tool on my belt. But that’s it.5FC047B9-0AEE-4B26-BEBB-F8C77DE8B46A.jpeg8EB544AA-4643-4F86-A505-FE49C38C431D.jpegThe little Puma Buffalo Horn for Trapper Tuesday.

I’m glad some of you Californians are getting some much needed rain/snow. Let’s hope you don’t go from draught to mudslides!
Unseasonably warm here, so I’ll be outside as much as possible.

I started of this morning checking over my issued Electricians penknife after a seeing a nice civvy model for sale.

The tip is filed down to fit Distributor cap screws on petrol AFV vehicle like the MK1 432 APC and Lanny FFR models (fitted for radio) and also to fit contact points.

On those old vehicles contacts burning/pitting out or just closing in where a big problem.Who the feck decided petrol armoured vehicles was a good idea I dont know.
In WW2 Herr German called them Tommy cookers.

This is one tool you didnt want as a multi tool just the one blade.

You had to get into some tight places (if your tool box was the other side where we where dug in a right pain in the backside),this might save you traipsing in the dark tripping over cam nets, falling down shell scrapes or getting lost. 😆

This one I had to recover from some ones front lawn (they weren’t happy) I didn’t see the press turn up. 😆

Them's fighting words, Jim. At least you have good taste in your knife for today.

Mine is pictured with a shell (oyster) that I picked up a few years ago around this time on a trip to Wilmington, NC.

ETA: Forgot to mention that Sharp & Fiery Sharp & Fiery got his own subforum for knife and leather work yesterday. If you haven't been over there to check it out, I highly recommend doing so
