What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks, Todd. It seems we’re all a little like the cows in the fact that the grass is always greener on the other side. I love the wide open spaces here in the valley, but I’m always looking for an opportunity to get up to the mountains.
I love the mountains, I guess that’s why we live in South Central Illinois. 🙄
Great shots! I think you’ve got us all itching to go fishing now. It might be just about warm enough here for the bass.
Thanks Bart, we have a ways to go here but it will be here before we know it. 😊

It feels really good to have gone through 7 pages in this thread, liking everyone’s posts without errors in just a few minutes again. Shoutout to Spark for getting the issues fixed. Hopefully it stays good and the site becomes a more enjoyable experience

Beautiful knife John… I love the curves and way those nail knicks line up
Thank you very much. :)
I love serpentine gunstock patterns. The secondary in front can ride super low and never block the pull on the main blade. It's comfortable in hand too. That's why I can never understand single blade gunstock knives, it takes away their best feature.
The lambsfoot just keeps coming back for more this week.
They tend to do that. ;)

Thanks a lot Dave :)
Well deserved Jack! ;)
Thanks, but my memory is no reference-point either :D The White Owl is from 2011 first run I think and it's Kryptonite for Power:cool: Some adventurous Acrylics in that time, could do with more.

Regards, Will
Really nice example of the White Owl! Thanks for the reply and clarification:thumbsup: GEC really did do adventurous Acrylics and small limited numbers, those were the days.
If you are going to start buying 18 pattern Case Knives I will say you have started at the top of the hill - gorgeous stag! OH
Thanks OH, much appreciated! It was on the exchange and matched the mini copperlock my daughter gave me.:D I will get around to a proper 6318 in CV.
Wow, Dave those are beautiful. 😎👍
Thanks bigfish64 bigfish64 !!! Loved your 86 tortoise shell and fly reel, someday I will get a chance to learn that art.
Yes, it's the one wood cover that makes me forget they ran a beautiful jigged bone. I really like Ebony on knives... and Thank You. :)

Case can do some really nice stag... and you got two good ones. 🤠
:D Thanks John!!!
Good Morning Porch Friends
I'm going with one of my favorites today... The #76 Jack recovered by Glennbad.
It's starting to get a nice and natural (no food) patina on it. I also had Glenn round off the sharp bolster and it feels so good in-hand.
The definition of grail knife, Outlaw🤠 ^^^ , amazing job by Glennbad
