Beef ribs in the smoker ... traditional knife in the pocket. Enjoying life!

Oh, that looks good, John. My smoker is so rusted out that I’m not sure I’ll be able to use it come spring. The last time I fired it up was for a Christmas turkey, but I also filled it with pork loins and chicken breasts for the freezer.
I have picked out the smoker I’d like to get to replace it, but it’s spendy!

I know that educated sailors exist. My Dad was an officer on the destroyer USS Cassin Young, on cruise in the Mediterranean when I was born.
But we usually hear about the vocabulary of drunken sailors.
