What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I carry this evey day. It's my true edc. I sold off my entire collection and kept 1 modern folder, 1 vintage folder, 1 traditional and 1 small fixed blade. This is what made the cut.

Back from when it was new. Its a natural patina. It stains up because I use it when cooking quite a bit. I clean it off, it stains up, clean it off, stains up, etc etc...

Not sure how they pinned this type of shield to the liners, but, it is pinned. German engineering, I reckon. The bone color reminds me of Case's old red bone.
Fits nicely in the pocket slip Gary Graley made for me.
I think on some pinned shields the pin goes all the way through like the cover pins. I think on others, they solder the pin to the back of the shield and then pin it. This one is probably the latter, but I’ve been wrong before.

Went to Milwaukee today to get our old SUV's oil changed & etc . and this was , and still is , in my pocket .

As we came back through Burlington , we took a picture of The Car that Used To Be On The Ice .

We were informed last Sunday that it was sunk .
