• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Woke up to snow this morning (only about an inch) but it's still coming down for a forecast of about three inches. I'll probably have to shovel the sidewalks but not plow the driveways or parking area. However, I noticed "Snow Bunnies" (not the Playboy type) among the flakes so I'll tote this Scout Trapper (a gift from John JohnDF JohnDF ) to fight them off should it become necessary.

When possible danger is at hand - errrrrrrrrrrrrr "Snow Bunnies" , I go to the Scout Trapper from John for my pocket knife.

If my memory is correct, didn’t Jimmy Carter have a run in with an angry bunny?🐇

Fine pait of knives Jeff
Thank you sir.
Traveling forced me to pare down to a combination of utility fitting to the jobs needed to help the kids get settled in a “new” house.
I replaced the kitchen faucet, built a garden fence, and started them off with one raised bed, which my daughter in law has already planted, and today is the tricky one ~ replacing the plumbing in a shower. Nothing like sweating copper inside a wall. Yes, I bought a fire extinguisher!
The kids swam in the lake yesterday, but the weather has changed today. I think I’ll stay inside by the fire.
