What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thank you very kindly, Jack!!! :)

Your J. Rodgers & Son is certainly one very tough, old soldier, making a great partner to your HHB super slicer; love the cool collection of WWII headlines, too!😁:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Many thanks JJ :)
I got prepared earlier today by tossing these two Camillus Scouts in my pocket. :)
You're prepared for just about anything with those two vintage beauties my friend :)
Finishing out the day with this one.

As a person who’s ridden an elephant in India… the new 36 with the elephant shield called to me like no other (although all of the ā€œExotic/India Boneā€ covers make me giddy). The 36 arrived last night, much quicker than expected, so it is a very happy Tuesday!!

Side note: From the pics that I’ve seen, the smooth Ivory bone covers on these look great too.

These 36’s are absolute tanks and I can’t wait to break this in. They are extremely comfortable in hand, in all grips, and the pull is nice and strong (which isn’t a problem and they are very easily pitched).

The modded 23 now has a traveling companion, and while it is completely obnoxious to carry both of these beasts, I am going to for a while!

Prepare yourselves to travel through an unnecessary amount of India themed photos with these beauties :D

I enjoy seeing the variety of knives people show in this thread, but one of my favorite things is seeing which knives people tend to carry the most. I've never been all that drawn to Eurekas, but after seeing yours regularly, I'm finding them a lot more interesting than I used to.
I really like seeing the people on here that have a favorite knife that they carry all the time and you can watch it age. I like variety so I tend to switch up my knives constantly. Since getting that Eureka I’m compelled to carry it more often than not, so I’m switching less.

I was drawn to the Eureka pattern the first time I saw one and I’m not sure why. I like swaybacks so that probably part of it.
Great pic
Thanks, Jack.
Good Morning Porch Friends

My Case knife for the day, and the one I'll carry to work...
Nice selection, John. So how are you liking the big ā€˜un compared to the regular lambsfoot? I only have a big ā€˜un, but I find it carries well for a 4ā€ knife.
