Both good but That ebony is superb, they are rare as hens teeth & expensive when you do find em😉
Thanks for sharing

Thanks, Mitch !!! :) ... The Ebony Ball feels best in hand. The Olive Clog rides best (vertical, tip down) in pocket
Both are No25's with handle length of 12.2cm (4.80") ... and a smaller size, No22 is available
Yes, they're kinda large but not a lot of metal, so they ride very light ... especially the Olive

Wedding went well, now just winding down. My 81 year old Dad is still in town so I took him for a drive today up in the mountains. He’s struggling getting around so realistically this will be his last trip out here. But it’s been a good trip.

Today with this GEC 25 EO in stag.

That’s a nice one, Jose.
Wow Bart, I can’t believe how low that lake is. Around here, we call “low” a few inches. Does the water level fluctuate a lot?
It’s actually better than it was last year. From what I understand, the flume that feeds the reservoir was damaged in the fire last year. They weren’t able to send water to it until it was fixed just recently. Not much came in from tributaries because of drought, so it’s really low.
Tough to beat a burger on a camping trip. Good work Bart. 😎👍
Luckily everything tastes better when you’re camping 😁

Looks like fun and a great way to cool off. Is that Sly Park? 🤠
Yes, Jenkinson Lake/Sly park. Lots of fun and nice to get out of the heat, about 12 degrees cooler up there.
Looks great, Todd.
Good Morning Porch Friends
After seeing all the useful SAKs posted, I'm following the crowd...
I like when the colored Alox start showing some wear👍

Thank you;)
I never noticed that about the frame but I also have never seen a EJ in person.
I wonder which is older, the 6308, or the EJ?

Good question. I don't know if Case made these already before the Tested era? I'm sure the frame is older than 1920, afaik some cuttleries made cattle knives on it as well but those must have been bigger. The 6308 and 6208 are a very pocketable size, 6208s are also very slim.

Wish I had a keg to tap…my birthday is coming up…maybe a present to myself 😂😂
