Good carry for tomorrow...hope the weather cooperates Jack.
Thanks a lot Bob :)
Lovely hike today. Enjoying some fresh air.
Took the toothpick with me seeing as it would feel at home in the oaks. I was even greeted by a Sacajawea at the summit. It was just my day!

Very nice big jack. Sorry you have to go to the frozen food section today.

Bob
Thanks, Bob!
I can’t complain about the garden. Since I’ve been flipping beds and doing a second August/September planting of cool weather loving plants, I’ve only occasionally had stuff survive all the way to Thanksgiving. Nothing escapes hard frosts. Mother Nature is the Boss.

Overall, we’ve been blessed with homegrown food more than we could have asked. Now it’s time to go over my notes, sort through my seeds, and start browsing the seed catalogs. 🤪

What am I looking at? The world’s most awesome bird bath? A garden fountain?

I hope you remembered to wax your Barbour, Jack.
I’ve heard it occaisionally rains a bit in Merry Olde England.

Looks like a french fry sammich, I mean chip butty, kept your belt buckle from hitting your backbone…

Nice knives, too!

I'm envious now that I am a city boy. Glad you can take time to plan next years garden. Stay warm and in good health.

A frozen birdbath with fountain .

Carrying this Cognet, actually most days ;) just finished a slip sheath for it. I tried to make the sheath conform to the curve of the handle, it was initially quite a tight fit when it was sewn up but it is breaking in nicely and compliments the knife, in fact I have to keep telling it to be quiet when we are in the library, he does go on and on about how the Cognet both looks and it's pleasant peppery aroma ;)
Thanks again to draggat draggat for this nice folder!
