I can’t complain about the garden. Since I’ve been flipping beds and doing a second August/September planting of cool weather loving plants, I’ve only occasionally had stuff survive all the way to Thanksgiving. Nothing escapes hard frosts. Mother Nature is the Boss.
Overall, we’ve been blessed with homegrown food more than we could have asked. Now it’s time to go over my notes, sort through my seeds, and start browsing the seed catalogs.![]()
