The knife is very familiar, but I’m trying to place that object next to it.
Some kind of antique communication device, maybe?

Primble ~ yessir, they’re bass. I would wager they were intended to be largemouth, but since it’s mine, I’m saying they are smallmouths.
And technically, I could be right, because the mouths do not extend back as far as the eye.
And any fisherman worth his Ambassadeur 5000 knows that means smallmouth!

Edit: I take it back. With my reading glasses on, I see that the bass’s lip does extend past the eye, meaning largemouth, not the almighty king of freshwater game fish, the smallmouth. Oh well…
