What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Last night, dreamed I was watching street races. It was loud. Had ALL my money ($4.73) on the gold car.
Andy 'n Barney rolled up and I hitched a taxi outta there PDQ.
... then I woke up.

Couple more red knives for me that I've been carrying for the past two weeks.
Holub linesman's knife with some kind of smoky red composite covers:

If you forgot the rotation and just settled in with this awesome and eminently useful pair for a couple of unscheduled days, I daresay we’d all understand.
Well, I would, for sure.

I think that before today, the last time I posted on The Porch was a week ago. I remember than my posts in this thread were featuring red knives, of which I posted a couple on last Friday morning, and I still had a few more I planned to post on Saturday and Sunday to close out my Red Knife Week to kick off Advent 2022. But by the time I finished supper last Friday, I could tell I was "hurtin' for certain", and sure enough, I spent about 45 hours of the 48 hours that comprised last weekend in bed with fever/chills/sore throat. Since then I've been trying to catch up on life after missing my days to do the weekend chores.

So I'm going to just finish up posting my red knives from last week over this weekend, and start up my Green Knife Week on Monday, just a week behind my original plan.
Here's a Rough Rider medium stockman that is VERY nice IMHO, reminiscent of an Uncle Henry 897 UH, which I think is an ideal medium stockman:

Here's a red smooth bone S&M #64 canoe I like for its unexpected sheepsfoot main (thanks, @peanutsxx):

Glad to hear you’re feeling better and back on track, Gary.

The bare end eureka looks great, Paul. 👍
"Short beak" Barlow by @Rhidian in my pocket today, with another artist's work!!
My wife Joanne puts a lot of work into her Christmas Cards!! She carved this Crow from a wood block and did two printings to make this card - all by hand!! Several friends have framed her Cards every year!!View attachment 2012631
Awesome knife, Charlie, but that card might be even cooler You wife is quite talented 👍
Cool little fixed blade, Bart.
Thanks, Barrett. I find the small wharncliffe handy for daily tasks.

Still liking my old Russell pruner that I found in my home town. Totin' it, along with what I call my smooth bone Russell Barlow. The old Russell catalogs called this a fine white bone Barlow, which has aged to a color not hardly white. Most of the varnish is worn off of the pile side of the pruner. Have a fine Sunday everyone ! 😊
