What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

What a magnificent & unusual knife  It's rather like a multi blade Tonneau, you really should show this in the French regional thread, the Gallic contributors & others would be very pleased to see it and maybe add commentary ?

Regards, Will

Thank you very much, Will.👍
I just followed your suggestion and posted this knife in the French regional thread.

Quite the woodpile, Todd! 😄
Thanks Jim. Love these. 😎👍

International Knife of the Week is a gift from my daughter. She bought it at the workshop of a cutler named Mariano Zamorano in Toledo, Spain, but I'm quite sure it is just a production Nieto Climber in birch.

Miscellaneous Knife of the Week is a Rough Ryder Zorro moose:

Lambsfoot of the Week is a rosewood A. Wright & Son my wife and daughter bought for me in Barnitt's hardware in York, England (after I sent them a link to the kind of knife I hoped they could get for me). My daughter had helped me shop for knives in Spain a couple of years earlier, so she had some idea of what kinds of things I looked for when knife-shopping, and she did a great job in picking a winner for me!

Fine antique !!!😍

The Scheffield museum returned some answers to the information I requested of them.
They said the W crown R and cast steel stamp date the piece to 1830- 1837 , as Jack noted, during William the IV reign.View attachment 2074755View attachment 2074756

2015 was indeed a good year for knives and that one is no exception.😍

If the Lotus-Eater had knives on their island, these would be the type they would've admired  But then, come to think of it, being surrounded by images & talk of Traditional Knives is like being a Lotus-Eater anyway😻

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

My bunny knife looks like that, but my pastures sure don’t! I wish I had grass like that right now. Looks good.

That’s some next-level coordination, carrying a knife that matches your can of chew. 👍
