What a magnificent & unusual knifeIt's rather like a multi blade Tonneau, you really should show this in the French regional thread, the Gallic contributors & others would be very pleased to see it and maybe add commentary ?
Regards, Will

The Scheffield museum returned some answers to the information I requested of them.
They said the W crown R and cast steel stamp date the piece to 1830- 1837 , as Jack noted, during William the IV reign.View attachment 2074755View attachment 2074756

If the Lotus-Eater had knives on their island, these would be the type they would've admiredBut then, come to think of it, being surrounded by images & talk of Traditional Knives is like being a Lotus-Eater anyway

That’s some next-level coordination, carrying a knife that matches your can of chew.Standard nothing fancy 2015 Buck 301 Stockman and "Remington" (no "R" number) likely made by Camillus, sometime in the 1990's, Canoe in right front pocket. Toferener Celtic pocket/neck knife, hanging from neck. Standard 2015 Buck 110 on belt.
