Thanks. That's a funny one .... the rack came with the 54 Chevy the wife got last year. When I fixed it, it turns out to have metric screws. I dug a little further, and it's a rack originally made for a VW bus

The new weekly rotation schedule I've been using for only 7 weeks so far has lots of interesting surprises for me, since I made no effort to "coordinate" the various categories with each other. For example, the International Knife of the Week I posted yesterday was a MAM sheepsfoot, and I had no idea that my Locking Knife of the Week was a linerlock MAM Iberica, the only other MAM I own. Kind of a pleasant surprise that they both show up in the same week!


Similarly, I had no clue that the Case CV chestnut sowbelly stockman I carried as Case of the Week last week would get assigned to me again this week as Stockman of the Week!

Case 62032 today and little leather bit keeper I carry with most popular bits we use assembling furniture (5/32, 5mm, flat and phillips #2) along with a small 48 tooth 1/4 ratchet, box end wrench.

If the Federalist is to modern please one of the moderators let me know. Otherwise I carried a brace of Kershaws today.
Upon close inspection I have come to the conclusion that the Federalist is not a slipjoint at all. Oddly enough it is in fact a modified friction folder. Very interesting design imho.
