..bird and trout knives are always a fine carry.
Two more jaw-droppers from the bottomless cabinets of the (in)famous Mr. P!![]()
That Barlow...
1 1/2” of fresh powder last night cannot stop me from thinking about hitting the river!

Thank you sir!Thank you fellers ..... I thought the makers did a nice job on both of those.
Won't be long !![]()
Thank you Mr. Jack ....... I bet you remember Chris posting the work in progress, when he made that knife.
I love how the patina on your fine Hartshead Barlow allows the blade etch to show so clearly. It just keeps getting more character all the time. I also like the way the etch is deeper on those special orders you had made, as opposed to the lightly etched GEC's we see. Fine Chester pen too !!!
Tony sure learned how to make a fine fine pocket knife. I recall him reporting that he once just repaired knives. He sure came a long way !
That is surely a knife worth hanging on to ....... ALL the right stuff !
Fine pair of lambs and a fine picture as well !![]()

One of my favorites today! Might have to switch it for something more fancy for a wedding tonight, or maybe not…
Interesting knife! Great uncle and I believe my great grandfather worked at the Peabody mines around Coal City, Illinois back in the 1950's
Nice! I have a Case trapper from 1991 with Peabody Coal Co. etched into the blade. That’s really neat. I love the history of some of the old funky ones. I like to imagine the staff getting these back in ‘83 and being stoked.
Kind of you, Steve. That SW is a Dandy !
Nice pairing !
You certainly picked a pretty pair to nurse a wee hangover; Your pen is quite a cool partner to your HHB!Boxing and boozing last night, had to breeze through the posts a bitHope everyone is having a great weekend

Nice knives! Love the big chunk of quarts. It reminds me of my grandparents property it’s covered in it.
