What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Does the top knife have a model number on one of the tangs ? Although that guide is very useful, it does not include all Catts. There is an older guide you can find (mo money 🤣) that has models not found in your guide. Neither guide has all models, and not all Catts had a model number stamped on them. The company existed for a very long time and produced a lot of variations. ;)😊
Thanks Rob, it does have a tang number partially blurred. This must be one not included in the book. I will don my detective hat and go on the hunt.

Love that Catt stockman, Bob, what fantastic bone and jigging! I've got the old forum knife and Red this morning.

Continuing a pattern I created for myself on Monday .... of a Case redbone and a GEC product for my daily totes
....... and having no idea when I might change course ..... it won't likely be today. 😊
Case 6318 HP from the year 1975 and Northfield 77 from 2022. 😊

GEC 93 Ram Foot and Case Peanut.

I have no clue why my iPad/IPhone constantly autocorrects perfectly normal words I intend to type with outlandish ones I don’t . It is about to be disenfranchised…uh, disabled.

I don’t want to even guess what Alexa changed “Peanut” to.

I keep those functions disabled because my brain needs the practice!
The 6.5 BoneStag is today's carry, the Sunflower Synthetic is one that just joined my knife community today!

Is that the same blade Case uses on their Mini Trappers?
That looks like a fun pattern to collect.
Sorry for missing this earlier Jeff! 😁 I was in Austria about 16 years ago, seemed someone had been on a UK junket/fact-finding trip, so they built some there, but there were only a handful in the entire country, so nobody knew how to treat them! 🤣 Sheffield used to have the ultimate 'suicide circle' back in the 70's, which had about a dozen entrances/exits, and no traffic lights. It was an absolute death-trap. I used to work nearby as a teenager, and one day, one of the mechanics from our garage was going to a breakdown. He sped onto the roundabout, 4 or 5 lanes deep, as you had to, and as he accelerated, his tool-box shot out of the back of the van, and emptied itself all over the tarmac. He had to slowly back up, in the midst of all the madness, opening the door a couple of inches, so he could pick up his tools, one at a time! 😱 Poor guy is probably still having nightmares about it! 🙄🤣

Cool pic 😎👍
Oh, what a nightmare. The circles with multiple lanes bring out an aggressiveness in some drivers!
The first one they put in here has an elevated center with a massive concrete curb around it. Just after they finished it, people apparently wanted to just go straight. We arrived at it one afternoon to see a sedan up on the middle, with their transaxle and assorted undercarriage parts laying on the concrete berm. 🥺
Also carried my new XS Knippex pliers, they are bambino.
Smart way to carry your pliers. When you need them, it does you no good if they’re back in a cigar box!
Nice mate.
haven't heard them called suicide circles before, we have plenty of roundabouts.

Mitch
And you have Walkabouts, too!😃
The term Suicide Circle comes from having to hope and pray you can get through it alive.
I love the Key. Unfortunately it's too nice so @MrsR&T stole it. I do carry the Viper Hug almost daily. I like them both. The Hug is solid and hand filling, the Key is quick and cuts like a lightsaber.
Still, you are blessed to have a wife who likes knives, Josh. Vik puts up with my affliction ~ she’s even gifted me some ~ but her nice and fashionable work clothing has no pockets for knives. I am just happy that she relented and keeps a Victorinox Classic somewhere in the vast bowels of her purse, and a Leatherman in her car console.

I love red jigged bone. It's just the classic slipjoint handle material to me.

You make a strong case for that handle material. Love the Barehead Jack.
Thank you very much, Jack!!! :)

I always relish the site of some great Sheffield steel; the GEC makes a great companion, as well! 😃;)👍👍
I caught that condiment reference!

Nice Cases today, JJ.
Not only did this SwissBuck Trekker hang with me around home today, but it went along for the ride yesterday.

6-1/2 miles, uphill & down, to get here. Nothing is going to stop me now - neither bush nor trunk. I might be late for supper though.

Chair squats are fine for the indoor gym. Out here we do log squats.

Fresh air, clear skies, no audience, no crowds, but coming back up that hill from the river bottom with an additional 50 pounds tagging along behind proved challenging.
I really need to get the ticker back in shape.
Nice rig! And great way to stay fit!
Most attractive pair today, Jack.
Good morning ladies and gents.

Wow! You’ve caught the Cattaraugus bug.
Very knice, Bob.
Better schedule a golf round so you can afford the next one you find😁
Nice Jack, Travis. Excellent blade combination.
Maybe, if it's warm enough for my denim jacket under my three-season shell.

Honestly, the little Imperial alone would be more knife than I need for planting seed trays.
But that's when they get you, when you think like that.
You remind me I need to figure out where to set up my grow rack. We’re going to host Easter dinner, so the usual spot in the dining room is probably npt going to fly with the boss.
