I had this Lambsfoot with me today. :)
Stellar image JJ
Have a great week, porch peeps!

This week's stuff - a week of (mostly) Case teardrops, with a Mini Kephart if needed.

I really should use this Mini Kep more, it's about as good a food slicer as my kitchen knives.

Monday's pocket buddy will be a Richlite version.

Thank you kindly.
Very unique friction folder Jack. It seems to pair well with your HHB.

Thanks Bob, it's based on a common folding knife pattern, seen from the 12th to the 16th century, though I doubt the historical accuracy of the extended tang

I try to avoid saying “my favorite”, so I won’t say this is my favorite Victorinox. It’s halfstop is not really half. It stops past the halfway point. Weird. But I love this med. lg. size Vic.

Would be nice to see all the tools on that Vic opened at once. I like it a lot ... all scruffed up ! 😊

SAK of the Week is my first Vic Pocket Pal. I really like this simple knife (and currently own 3 of them).

Stockman of the Week is a small Hong Kong Sabre my daughter got me for Father's Day last year at some antique store in the Twin Cities area. Photo taken in a park in St. Cloud, MN:

Had to do some carburetor tuning today before I could use the old weed eater. 25-26 years old but still works. An old Camillus seemed the ticket today.

Sweet old 4 Liner, Jim!

Ah. I see the Vic Handyman sports pliers instead of the woodsaw on the Wenger version.DC1445AE-DF4F-445B-B73E-1F219F449E28.png
I don’t have any SAKs with little pliers. I always have a Leatherman on my belt for small plier duties, but often wondered how useful the SAK pliers are.
Which Handyman do you like best ~ the Victorinox, or the Wenger?

Opinel Knife by Jeff, on Flickr
Just bought my first Opinel. I had heard they were good slicers, but I can now confirm this knife slices better than any other knife I've ever used. It's scary sharp.
You’ve influenced me to tote an Opinel today!
Your photo is great. 👌

Somebody said “Let’s pick out some real pretty wood for this JJ guy.
Pretty little plant. It looks like a succelent, but what exactly is it?

Thanks, Rob. This is the slim two layer version, so the only othef blades are the usual can opener, and bottle opener/screwdriver. They call it the Picnicker. I’d be interested in other versions of this size Vic, because the shape fits my hand so well. Maybe I’ll see one at the Badger Knife Show this Friday?
I feel knife poor this morning .... for some reason. I reckon I will have to get by with my old relic Barlow today. 😊

🤔Mr. P knife poor???

No. 10 Carbone. I have a stainless version that I used to use at the farm for harvesting salad greens where you have to tote alcohol to keep things sanitary. the Carbone looks better. But I do not expect to be harvesting any lettuce today. In my home garden, I usually use a hawkbill, but sometimes the ultra slicey Opinel gets the nod.
And the 77OT Schrade that Jim, 315 315 gave to me.😃
It felt like a Muskrat Monday😎18758653-EDC6-4D1C-A5C2-4D11902410CE.jpeg5D9F1CDC-90A6-46D9-A66C-B297FAE9A870.jpeg

Edit: Jim gave me a different Old Timer Schrade! This one was a gift from Bruce!
