The CDB is a beautiful add. Right up there with my favorites in your fine collection.A Landers,Frary & Clark( recover) plus my lamb.View attachment 2429671
Thanks Jon. Went for simplicity and got it with quality. The CDB is a beautiful add. Right up there with my favorites in your fine collection.![]()
Some decades ago they were worrying about how long it would be there for pipes. Maybe it's extinct or protected.this sandblasted briar pipe makes me wonder why briar doesn't get used on more knife covers.
Potent carries today Jon.
That little lamb is a beauty! Thank you for sharing
Nicely done, sir. The Albers is a winner, the grain on the ironwood is second none. Thanks, Bob & Steve. Most of those desert ironwood Guardians lambsfoot knives have very impressive wood grain, IMHO.
I like the idea of a 2-blade lambsfoot, Steve, and as I often say, Cherish the Churchill!
Stupendous stag stockman in the stunshine!!
Knives that Chopin would love, I'm sure!
Glad you're getting over your late-onset COVID. I've been quite happy finding knives as souvenirs of any traveling I do; COVID as souvenir, even as a "first", seems lame to me.
A bone stag Case canoe bumps up the "curb appeal" of any gingerbread house!
Splendid pair of knives, Paul, and I really like that "sawcut" plank/floorboard they're on!
Hope you have a safe, healthy, and enjoyable trip, Jack!
Your stag HHB is as superb as ever, and that Winchester toothpick is very festive!
I don't remember seeing the toothpick before, but I there are many things I don't remember these days.
Over the past 4 years, I've done a lot of walking, including daily 6-mile round trip commutes to/from work, year-round. I've found that I hardly notice the cold when I'm walking in temps down into the teens or lower, but I usually wear heavy-duty winter wear. (My hands are the hardest part of me to keep warm in winter.)
I detect plenty of good vibes radiating from that pair of knives.
That Albers lambsfoot has fantastic covers; looks like bird feathers to me!!
Striking bone Sodbuster Jr, Will!
Impressive bunch of sticks, gentlemen!
I especially admire the checkered covers!
Very cool braided fob, Gary!
I thought I remembered a thread you had made, explaining how to make one like that. I finally found it, but the photos seem to have "died". I'll bet I can find a tutorial somewhere on YouTube.
Congrats on your impending grandparenthood!!
