What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Pruner had it warm and cozy.

My experience was more like Frank's, but several days ago :(
Hmm, that's concerning. I think websites sometimes rollout changes gradually by region. Maybe to see how much push-back they get, or if the whole thing collapses.
bad enough they started the pre-kickoff celebration twelve hours before kick-off, but the story of a quarterback's journey with a singer is not a football story.
Hasn't it always been like that? Anyone remember "The Super Bowl Shuffle"?
I can barely keep track of my own motley gaggle of knives, but I cannot remember ever seeing this E.Weck before.
Really great Jackknife, Rachel.

You're doing a pretty good job of keeping track, Jeff.
Thanks. The E. Weck & Son arrived this week and I had a chance during the day long pre-game to de-rustify and sharpen it up.

Depending on which weather guesser you listen to, we're expecting between 0-8". The weather's been warm, and it'll climb into the 40's again tomorrow afternoon, so whatever we get will probably just be a slushy nuisance.

And to keep things on track, here's another pic of the 110 from this morning on the pile of walnuts in the back yard.

I dumped several trailer loads of walnuts back in my little patch of woods, until I got tired of picking them up. The tree rats thought I was being very considerate, but I was trying to put them far from my garden beds. Even so, I expect to be rewarded with a couple hundred walnut seedling coming up in the garden. I’ve seen plenty of signs that they’ve been busy “planting” them.

Our two trees dumped a bunch this year, so I just piled them up between the trees. Any other year we have a whole herd of tree rats burying nuts all over the place. This year the ungrateful little rodents are all taking it easy up at the neighbour's bird feeders, and haven't touched the nuts. I'm going to have to haul them back in the woods one of these days.

Here's what the pile looked like in October.

I don't think I've even visited this thread since last Friday. Looks like I have at least 13 pages to catch up on! 😲

I'm carrying 2 Canoes of the Week, as usual.
One is a Rough Ryder damascus cinnamon stag bone canoe:

The other is a Böker Beer Barrel canoe. I have two of them, but I'm carrying the top one this week; hard to tell them apart!

A foggy start to the day here in the City by the Bay! Wow what a game! At least the second half. The Chiefs have a dynasty going on and they have a great QB who’s only 28 with many more years to play. The only light note this morning is that pitchers are catchers report tomorrow, play ball! In the meantime keeping me company today the usual lamb and SAK. Have a great week folks! 😀
