A beautiful post. I'm so sorry to hear about your family's loss. We had to lay my grandmother to rest unexpectedly this week also. I know it's a devastating event & will be hard on all your family, but as you've stated, support from family & friends will be a great help in this difficult time. It's great that y'all had such a good time at your son's wedding & I'm sure there's plenty more memories to cherish of the time y'all spent together. Keep those memories alive & continue to make new ones.

Had these two today. Just got in from the lake; caught probably 30 crappie today, kept 11 nothing big though 10”-11”. It’s been in the 20s here at night and has them all messed up, so I’ll take ‘em.

I did this one myself with a rotary tool:

I don't think it looks bad, and I can now open it without losing a thumbnail.

Can you blame the light being in a bad mood?
Think about it ... The light traveled over 93 MILLION miles (in a little over 8 seconds) only to be stopped less than an inch from its destination!
Wouldn't you be "in a bad mood" if you traveled that far (or even considerably less) and were stopped cold under a inch ... or even a hole foot ... from your destination?
