What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Haven't fished for years. Gathered up all my new, unused, fishing gear - rods, reels, lures, hooks, sinkers, you name it and am taking it all to my barber in town. He's an avid fisherman, has two boys that love to fish so, all the gear will go to good use. This Buck 501 Squire will be my carry during this adventure. No breakfast - saving room for lunch at the Wagon Wheel Cafe.

LOVE THIS!! I still fish, but like many, I have accumulated more than I can reasonably ever use. Like Modoc ED , I have concluded that donating it to youth fishing programs is the best way to clear the clutter.

How many quackers are you getting ready for the pot/grill/Asian BB-Q/ carrot-less Quacker Noodle soup/smoker today?

Do you temper any of the appropriate feathers for to make quill pens, or just use the feathers for dry fly construction?

Haha, none today. We usually keep our ducks for the eggs, but we do a little duckeque when the need arises I should do more with the feathers, I've got stuff to start tying Flies again.
