I like that series of Schrade. This Schrade 97OT rides in a horizontal pouch on my belt; unobtrusive, always there, and so very useful.

I love the 97. Wish I would've grabbed a couple more handle materials when they were available for so long.
Its surprising that a GEC sat on shelves in 2019, especially how quickly drops sell out these days.I love the 97. Wish I would've grabbed a couple more handle materials when they were available for so long.
Redwinged black bird. One of my favorites. As always, nice pics!!Showing some love to the lowly, often disparaged pen blade. "Blade Delete!", they say. I say it's a great little tool perfect for fine work and fingernails.
Awesome thank you!![]()

Two Camillus knives, a 72 Carpenter’s Whittler, and an old four line stamp TL-29. At the right angle, and with my reading glasses, I can see a faint USN stamped into the cocobolo. Brass liners indicate it’s not WWII production.
And I cannot neglect Schradurday ~ the big folder came from Rick last year. Fine knife.
I wouldn't go so far as to say its not WW2 issue. Brass dividers don't necessarily preclude that. Two Camillus knives, a 72 Carpenter’s Whittler, and an old four line stamp TL-29.
