@Amir Fleschwund Jeff, cooking outdoors using wood is my current thing. Burgers and BBQ meatloaf (makes an excellent leftover sammy) in the pellet smoker.

No date Sub and a Dowell, excellent taste. Not easy to acquire either one!

After spending a couple weeks with this Keith Johnson 1306 I am convinced it’s the finest lockback I’ve ever handled, let alone owned.

He is an incredible craftsman that is for sure! This one is CTS-XHP, one of my favorite steels and not common on traditional pocket knives. One more reason I love it.
