I've always thought Harbeer's kitchen knives were beautiful, but I forgot that he sometimes makes slipjoints. Wow, that's a good one! Congrats.

Call me a madman but I love the way white/natural bone stains with use. It gets so much character to it.
I ordered a custom fixed blade hunting knife recently in bone just for this effect.

Just between you and me, I am one of those strange people who like the verdigris white bone gets from brass pins and liners.
