I've never done that ... at least not that I recall ... not even when riding my bicycle from Lake Mead to the west end of Lost Wages, looking for the bicycle shop & cafe, when it was 120° (F) in the shade.
I just drank more blue Gator Aid and Mtn. Dew. (or Mtn Dew, tea, and coffee, when home on the boat.)
