• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Mail call!!! RR Bone Stag work knife. I just got this guy in today. Full sized like a reg. Sodbuster. The fit is a 8/10, walk and talk is excellent, and the bone stag is pretty nice as well. I’ll flame it to marry some of the lines left during finishing. I will get started on the patina asap. Overall, a pretty high quality build. IMG_4453.jpeg

I've known about the Christy knife for a long time now but I never pulled the trigger on one. After seeing WValtakis WValtakis 's posts and videos about his I finally decided to snag one. And of course the full brass variety because why not, brass is so good. After using it for a few days now, I have to say that it is one of the most slicey knives I've ever had the pleasure to use. Can't say I'd ever carry this as a primary knife, but as a secondary it'll definately see a lot of pocket time.

In case anyone is interested, the deployment mechanism took a little getting used to, but I got the hang of it pretty quickly, especially after breaking it in a little. Now I can easily use it one handed, no problem whatsoever. I hope everyone has a good week!

Awesome! They really are a great small utility blade, I use mine multiple times a day. Donna Christy actually told me they're currently sold out and backordered, there must have been quite a run on them...so happy to see a little social media exposure make a big impact to a small business 🥰

Thats great to hear. After learning about their history and that they have been family owned and operated for over century I just had to support them. And I'm especially glad I got in before they sold out, LOL!

We got back from Texas yesterday after a 600 mile drive and just relaxing a little .
Still carrying my usual 2 knives today but both photos are recycles .
