Thanks for asking, Gary, I've progressed nicely in the last twelve days. 1st photo two days after surgery, 2nd photo just now, 12 days later. Bruising is all gone,How is the wrist recuperation coming along?
I understand. It has been a long few days so I thought I was offSorry, I thought I was on lamb thread.![]()
So glad recovery is going well Jeff. Thanks for asking, Gary, I've progressed nicely in the last twelve days. 1st photo two days after surgery, 2nd photo just now, 12 days later. Bruising is all gone,
color returning to normal and down to a little steri strip which is about to wear off. I reloaded 120 45 Colt cartridges today with no pain on a single stage press.

I decided to start carrying the recent forum stockman a lot more, and had it with me today when we went to Costco. Cut some pizza with it, but still not much color yet.

Thanks. Case knows how to do red.The large Jack is awesome. Case nailed it in that particular one.
Several people seem to pair up those two knives, and I can see why!
Congrats on the 6347; that's my favorite Case regular stockman pattern!
Mike, which SAK model has a telescoping magnet "blade"? That would be handy!
I hope you have a good trip!
Propitious pair, Paul!
Always nice to have some "long green" in your pocket!
That quote can also be found as "90 percent of this game is half mental", but I like the version you used better.
(I think my favorite saying that allegedly came from Yogi is, "If the people don't want to come out to the ball park, how you gonna stop 'em?")
Superb stag, Mitch!
A Presidential by any other name would smell as sweet!
Thanks for the info; I'm surprised they don't last longer than that!
Bob, the Georgia Atlantic water is probably too warm to be refreshing anyway.
Thanks for the additional info and for the RR compliment. The first RRs I ever had were a set of 12 different patterns, all in amber jigged bone like that. I liked that bone very much when the knives arrived, and it may STILL be my favorite jigged bone from RR.
That's a great story about Abby, ED!Good detective work by you and Cindy to track down the stolen goods. Where did Abby get the food she buried? Did she have to open cupboard or fridge doors, or climb up to get packages off tables or countertops?
Vivacious vintage Case, Jack! What pattern number is that, and when was it made?
Very handsome stag Le Thiers, José!
Beni, as always, is breathtaking, Jeff! How is the wrist recuperation coming along?
Sweet sowbelly!
How do you like that Barlow with the screws instead of pins?
Nifty nature photo of that noble Northfield!

Very tastefully done! The marine layer is thick as cotton today here in the City by the Bay! Cold to boot had to turn the furnace on to take the chill off. Today’s tote with a nod to Wooden Wednesday the usual lamb and one from north of the border. Have a great day folks!

That is a 3 spring 47 that she picked up a couple years back. We had taken a family trip to the Arkansas Ozarks, and on the way back stopped at a large Case dealership in Missouri. She was very pleased that she got to pick that knife out of the hundreds that they had for sale. She knows that I often carry a stockman, so she really likes carrying a knife that "has the same blades as yours". It has been her favorite knife since she got it.Thanks for the info, Cory; those are some classics in her rotation! What model is the Case on the upper right with the lined bolsters?
