That blue knife is intriguing to me!
It looks to me like a Chinese-made Schrade 19OT Landshark that was introduced to the Old Timer lineup after Schrade was sold to Taylor Brands. But the tang stamp looks like "ELK" something.

Definitely along the same lines.
