Colonial/Imperial/Schrade Knife of the Week is an Imperial serpentine jack that my wife got from her dad once upon a time and gave to me in January 2014. It reignited my interest in pocketknives, an interest that had been dormant since about 1969.

Yes, it's that time. The recent rains have them ripening quickly!

I always use a walking stick to hold canes away from my arms while reaching for just one more. But now, I need it to keep my balance with my healing titanium knee.
I am not pushing very deep into the thickets today, though. Got enough for dessert, so I'm happy.
