How do you guy keep those lighters filled if you don't use them regularly. Do you just fill the. When you carry them?

Keeping a zippo full (and the smell) is the main reason mine has been shelved for decades.

I have a love-hate with Zippo for that exact reason. Sometimes I don’t mind fiddling with them. I’ll commit to filling and using for a few days. Inevitably I then pull one to use it and find it empty and it goes back in the drawer for a penalty session
