Nice one. Backpocket?

Morning Jack, unusually clement weather you're having up there...;)

Two beauties too, most envious of the second one. Wish someone would make some more:)

Lloyd today

Thanks Sam, that Lloyd is an absolute stunner

It seems Carl Schlieper weren't the only company that made that pattern, which I've seen described as both a Scout pattern and a German Army Officer's Knife. Kaufmann also produced it. I haven't been able to find out too much information online, but it seems that the pattern (at least the Kaufmann version) later evolved into something which looks more like a SAK, but still with a wire-stripper/screwdriver blade and a punch.

(Sorry for the terrible pic).

Thanks for the info and pic Jack. There's something about the Carl Schlieper that really sets it apart, perhaps the slightly elongated frame? I really like how everything tucks away too. All in all a jolly nice knife!

GEC..., hello?

Thanks again Sam, it was a gift from Duncan when he visited (I believe Uncle Andi also has one), and I've really taken to it. It has great walk and talk, is beautifully made, and just has a great in-hand feel to it :)

EDC for Sunday. Joel Chamblin SBJ in Amber Stag and CPM-154.
