Wasn't real keen on the Soddie when you guys first recommended it as an intro to traditionals. Ordered one all the same and now I LOVE it!!

THanks Jack! ... tomorrow will be a tough day - 31 years old - and a lot of beer during the whole day and a big BBQ at the evening. Will mean a lot of headache on sunday ;)

It's a hard life my friend! ;) Have a great day, and I'll be sure to have a pint for you here

I especially like the picture with the sheep in the pasture! That RJ sure is a looker

Thanks Gev, the RJ is very sheep friendly ;)

Had to put the Boker aside when this arrived today:

A gorgeous Davison wharnie showed up on my doorstep last night. It was a no brainer to put it in my pocket this morning (in a slip, of course)!

All beautiful knives. Thanks for sharing.
Enjoy the birthday celebrations Andi.

I was the second, and now am also the fourth (oops) fifth! owner of this little well traveled 68...

Started off carrying the Bullnose and a peanut in watch pocket but removed the peanut. I only like to carry one knife when I'm around town or house chores.

Much appreciated Sitflyer! :)

That African Blackwood "Days Work" feels really good when I grab for it in my pocket - I'll bet you feel a similar way!;)

WOW! great pic
I agree!! You sure have some super fine 15s. Not a one I don't like!
Thank you both! :)
Gevonovich - Looking at the scale pins I believe that is most likely an ebony 15, but, it has the look of an old beauty. I like the blade and long pull a lot!:thumbup::)
You often seem to create a little suspense - or maybe I am just that slow! :D

Nice Bullnose Erik! :)

Yes it is indeed a ebony #15 and a gracious gift from Larson1122 (Zach). It is a testament to the design that one sees "of old" in it.

If one did not pay close attention to the scale pins

Quite a nice gift indeed - after recently seeing him pull all those GEC 15's out of his rabbit hole - I doubt he ever misses it! :D:D:D

That long pull spey blade on that Hibbard, Spencer, & Bartlett and that bare-head is super nice! Still lookin' at the pins too! ;):D
