Yup - it's the MFR. Slightly smaller than the Woodland Special, I find it's just perfect for EDC.
I never noticed the quote in your signature till now. Tom Waits is awesome.

Anyway, I think I'll carry this today

GEC Northfield 82 Dixie Stock Knife in Indian Paint Brush Jigged Bone

Need to sharpen it a bit, but oh well.

Beautiful knife,Jenniter! The pouch looks cool and soft too! If that is what it is?

Thanks. This is my favorite conductor handle material. Looked for awhile before this one came up on the exchange. The pouch is a little leather card carrier made from an old baseball glove - softball glove in this case. Already broken in from being used on the field. You're right - makes a very soft, durable, fun way to carry cards and cash.

Great idea!! Thanks

At the office and plant floors I have not seemed to be able to get away from this.
(The combination of light weight, size and the fact that it was made by Richard has a lot to do with why it is in my pocket at least 5 or 6 days a week for over a year now.)
Just finished touching the edge up on the bottom of a mug and a strop a few minutes ago. It is good to go for another week or so.

I'll be carrying these two all weekend:
Great choice SH - two quality knives there! ;)

I am honored Gevo! That is a great ole Primble - the bone colors reminds me of my Primble India Steel Works knife. Looks like this one got used quite often, but, not abused. I especially liked the evidence of everyday use on the full blades. I also admired your old NYKC and Schrade from yesterday, as well.:)

It's the little things…
Jennifer,
That is a really nice leather pouch and a quite elegant little knife, as well!:)

Love the blade and finish on this piece!:)

Thanks Primble. I must say, of all the Charlows out there, this particular blade configuration and handle material still strikes me as one of the best. Thanks for sharing.
