What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Charlow will be with me for the rest of the day

.. the hours before I was on my building lot so an SAK came in quite handy (VIC Tinker)

Newest addition, so it's been monopolizing the pocket time the last couple days. I'm loving pretty much everything about it.

Primble - I'm green with redbone envy! Beautiful 6308.

Flint Hills - nice photo. Looks like your stockman's in for a fun day. :)

Andi & Mike - nice Charlows!

I'm carrying this 3 1/4" strawberry bone Robeson today.

Nothing out of the ordinary, but this Buck is getting a lot of pocket time lately, as well as the BK11 (which is not really a traditional, but it's in the pic since it was in my pocket as well)...

Sarah - I really like those scales.

Thanks-- I do, too! I've heard that many are disappointed in this lighter tone of ebony, but I find it uniquely beautiful-- all the more so in the contrasting company of knives clad in the typically blacker ebony. The dark grain lines really set off the material well. I almost opted for covers that transitioned from dark to light-- very striking!-- but went with the knife that first set the hook deep, the one pictured above.

Mail Call, and now I'm carrying this around as well:

... Seldom has a knife jumped from my computer screen into my hot little hands so quickly, all the more remarkable in that VCM3 made it up special for me. He did a fantastic job.

The TC Barlows have thrown my rotation out of whack by taking over pocket time . To set things right, I've got the Viper with me today...

The center knife (silver alox) from the Army of the Helvetian Confederation.

Also the silver alox Classic from this assortment:

So it's an all-alox-from-the-Alps day.

Following the rules... only traditional knife shown today. Oh yes there are others! :D

Have a great day!

I went to a gunshow yesterday and picked up these two....Both are unused with factory edge...Interesting to me anyway,is that the Eye Witness is convex ground on one side and concave on the other....Any Kershaw guys out there that can explain why the E and A are reversed on the marking?...if its a fake its a good one........Fes

Enjoying the afternoon with my wife, malamutes and a cold beer, these two are in my pockets, Tom Ploppert Diamond Edge Cattle knife and a Doc Hagen Lanny's Clip ,

Radio Jack today (and most every day) while camping for the small chores.

Bottom is a new Case I picked up in Ardmore, OK while traveling for business. Probably won't carry the Case, just for show. Love to collect the small Case knives.

Phill, I like that sunfish if that is what it is. I met a squirrel looked just like you not to long ago. :D
