Ken, good bread, cheese, cured meats, fruits and wine make a simple and very satisfying meal in my book. That knife you show helps it all along too, sensation!:thumbup::thumbup:

Today I'm giving a CASE TB Saddlehorn in their Bonestag 6.5 an outing. This example is very deeply grooved, just wish CASE would offer it again it's remarkable bone.

Today my trusty CASE Texas Jack I was gifted by our fellow forum member Ed (TLarbb) was with me after some time in the drawer... love that jackknife!
