What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

This morning I pulled out the green bone S&M stockman.

#68 White Owl will be with me on this rainy sunday....

... but my parents invited us for lunch today. Schweinsbraten will be for lunch... Hehe - how could it be a better sunday?!

Interesting array of knives recently.

Scott That Bulldog by GEC has a wonderful look, enhanced by the shield. The 25 is a big favourite of mine.

r8shell I fancied that Buckthorn Bone myself when it came out but missed the chance. The Northfield version in White Bone looks the same except for shield/pinched bolsters. Very pretty knife.

Jeff Long admired that Keystone Stockman, are all the blades ATS34 or just the Master?

Everybody elses' knives look exceptionally worthwhile too. Not sure what if any I will carry today, unwell with fever, boring&unpleasant:barf:

Regards, Will

Not going out today, confined to sick-bed with fever.

Still, nice excuse to stow a couple of these Queen Jacks No.2 by the bedside or under the pillow:D

My entry in the order of the white owl

Andi inspired me to dig out my White Owl for the day. It hardly ever gets any pocket time. It is rainy here as well.

Nice White Owl Andi, nice stockman Jeff, very nice IXL Jack is totin', and Will made a great choice, sorry to hear he is not feeling so well:

Nice 68 and 92 up above, as well.:)

Thanks for the kind words, Primble. That particular #68 White Owl was a gift by our fellow forum member scruffuk (aka Thom) and I really like this wonderful piece of cutlery. That stag just feels great in hand.

And I really like that equal end patterns in general.

Thanks, Stephen and Will, the S&M stockman has always been a favorite of mine with it's great swedging and unusual clip third blade.
I also have the gunstock to it's left in the picture above, another fine pattern. I really like the wormgroove antique green bone, too.

This is from S&M's website, so it seems the blades are all ATS-34. The following year there was another series (X) where only the master was ATS-34.
