What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thank rock golfer. Nice one there yourself.

Much appreciated Lemmy.

I carried my viper around today, the last day at home before I travel

Tomorrow I will finally be reunited with this guy.....

Its been 3 months and I have really missed this edc. It is quickly becoming a favorite, love how slim it is :D

Looks like she's broken for sure. Time to get a new one :D Just kidding. How is that knife? Looks like a strong worker.

Great looking knife Primble as all have been so far---fingers crossed mine will come tomorrow...

I think the "macro" setting is going out on my 12 yr old Olympus camera:confused: I CAN NOT get it to focus like it used to:o

Schatt & Morgan Heritage Series Jack, a STOUT knife:thumbup:

Paul,
I've been eyeing a few of the S&M Heritage models. How do you like this one?

Eric, I really like it a lot. I swear it has the best spring of any knife I have EVER owned. What I mean by that is when your opening the blade it well...kinda springs out to the half stop. Iti actually caught me off guard the first time I opened it.

It has a half stop so only springs open and then stops at the half stop. I LOVE the 15 frame of GEC. This is very similar but yet more "stout". The front bolster is just a smidge wider then the front bolster on the GEC 15 making the Heritage Jack fill my hand a little bit more:thumbup:

The main Spear's nail nick is very forward on the blade and I like that as well, the Pen is "stout" also. The pull is perfect...akin to the 15's pull. Mine has NO gaps or light through the liners. The blades have NO play period and sit centered between the liners.

This was the very first Schatt & Morgan I've ever owned...thinking back that's saying something with all the knives I've owned:o This will certainly not be the last:thumbup:;)

Take care...

KEVIN...I was posting at the same time you were. Always nice to see you stop in as I know your busy.

Like you said it's a strong worker. Have a great Holiday season my friend. Be healthy and happy:thumbup:

My girl bought this one last Christmas and it hasn't got carried as much as it should for fear of losing it. Time to change that I think

Buzz, it's a Rough Rider 3⅜" stockman, pattern #890. It also comes in a couple other handle materials, shown below.

I just finished sharpening up my new Robeson, ready to carry in the morning!.

^ Before picture. I left the patina, but the blades now have fresh, shiny edges. :)

My red handled Bulldog Soddie and a couple of Saks got packed with the dive gear today, so I grabbed the first one that caught my eye to pocket until...

Worthy knives for a worthy fellow. Good to see you Jack. Hadn't seen your posts here the last couple days and started to worry. I'll be toting these 2 today.

This imperial maroon linen shadow toothpick I just finished working on.

And my first TC Barlow which arrived today

Oil the Joints!
Savour the Patina!

Thanks Jack. I'm now on the prowl for old forgotten carbon toothpicks... Think I might try making one with a punch or cap lifter secondary.

I had a Fish Knife that might have fitted that project very well my friend, but have already given it away. I'll keep my eye out for another
