What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

YTZShXm.jpg

Snow and ice here today. I'm sitting in the man cave getting gear ready for, and hoping for, Spring. This old Camillus has been with me on many fishing trips.

Nice knife and box of goodies  I will second the hope for spring!

Carrying the mighty moose today

Spent the morning enjoying the snow. The 48 in Cocobolo was in my pocket. This was Adalynn's first snow.

Lol, she looks like she's in heaven! I remember my daughter back in the early 90s with that same big smile!

Nice Brett, looks like Adalynn was really enjoying the snow :)

My girls love it, they had a lot of fun as well today

They are not looking forward to the make-up days though

Ice day for Northwest Alabama! At least it held off until after the UPS man dropped off a package. Sorry, no pics yet. It's a svord mini-peasant. I'm suddenly drawn to the friction folders, and Northfield Vipers, and any swayback jack, and J. Oesser's knives, and.... and.... and...

Another dry, sunny day worryin' about the drought. I feel guilty for enjoying our nice weather and Spring flowers.

I would like to think I will keep it, I got it off of the exchange a few days ago.

15's are my all time favorite pattern.

Congrats on your Scout, jrtodd!!:thumbup:
The photo has popped up in three consecutive threads that I looked at. :D
I can see why you're proud of it; fantastic knife!

Thanks! I went a little pic posting crazy. lol

Brett, those pics of Adalynn enjoying the snow are fantastic! A day like that where all the troubles in the world disappear washes away many bad days. I hope she has a lifetime of days like this.
I always liked the #48 pattern, but for one reason or another never picked one up. Seeing your pic makes me want to change that situation soon. :D

Bob, thank you sir. That is my hope and prayer as well. The 48 is a awesome pattern. I like the improved trapper 48 and it is in my top five, pattern wise. I've kept my eye out for a single Ck/Mike SFO single in African Blackwood, but have never even seen one posted here.

Perry, Ron, Jeff - Thank you for the kinds words. Jeff, fortunately as a teacher, I haven't received news of any days we have to make up. I understand how your girls feel though.

Crazy snow Primble. 75 looks a mess. Can't say I miss that part of my home state down here in Dallas. Trees and fishing are a different story.

Great picture of that knife and an even better picture of your little precious...home, smiling, and playing in the snow:thumbup::thumbup:

We had the morning off here because they predicted ice. Now it's sunny and almost 50 degrees:D I miss playing in snow, but I was a little kid when we lived up north. Snow was for playing, not shoveling.

Carrying this combo again. I know I should change it up tomorrow for Old Friends Friday, but I'm really enjoying them. Besides, a Forum knife reminds me of my old friends here on the porch. And the young ones, too:p
