What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I decided to scratch the lockback itch by carrying the 110. This is the first quality knife I bought which was only about 2.5 years ago. I had no clue this 110 would eventually lead me down the slippery slopes of full on knife nuttyness.

It is no #42, but it will certainly do for now.

+1  Stephen - How old is that Curtin & Clark?

Thanks! Based upon the Kansas City tang stamp, I think it was made between 1910-1920. Prior to 1910, their knives were stamped St. Joseph, MO.

Jack, Invoice & Gevonovich - thanks for the kind words. Very much appreciated. :)

Cadet Plus was on pocket duty. I was also playing around with this old throwing knife that my friend asked me to fix the tip for him.

Anyone want to guess the Greek and the Hebrew verse? Hebrew verse is my marriage verse.

That throwing knife is really something!
I know! I was told that my friend's Dad bought it in Germany during the Vietnam War. There are no tang stamps and it has been modified quite a bit, I think his dad added the brass guard and possibly made the whole handle. Also I was told that the sheath was from another knife. Sooooo, there is not much chance of ever figuring out who the original maker is. I might give making one like it a go one of these days.

Super guess... Ecc. 4:12... Had it made in Israel. Our life verse for marriage. וְהַחוּט֙ הַֽמְשֻׁלָּ֔שׁ לֹ֥א בִמְהֵרָ֖ה יִנָּתֵֽק

ֺOn the actual ring... not everything would fit and w/o vowel points. A chord of 3 strands is not broken... "quickly/easily" would not fit on ring.
יהחוט המשׁלשׁ לא ינתק

Love the Case/Bose collaboration. Do you have one?
