What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Hope you have a great weekend my friend :) Absolutely beautiful knife

Thanks Jack, but unfortunately my weekend is off to an inauspicious start. 2AM here, but dealing with a network outage. Not sure if it's "no rest for the weary" or "no rest for the wicked", although both might apply. ;) I appreciate the compliment on the H&B. I need to clean and polish it, but think it's a fine old knife. Thanks again.

Gevonovich, Al, and hillbillie hippy - thanks for the compliments. They're very much appreciated. :)

Very sorry to hear that Stephen, hope things are resolved - and that you're able to get some sleep my friend!

Once again, a lovely knife :)

Fiddling around with some carving. Not as nice as I liked but only tried my hand at it a few times

That's some nice carving

What's the model number on that moose? Looks like 54 but GEC doesn't show a 54 unxld with slanted bolsters and jigged bone on their site. Just curious.

It's a #66 pattern moose, I'm sure.

I've an electrician with me again. I've carried it for twelve days straight now.

Got to watch my daughters first Ballet last night. So carried one of my treasures knives she gave me.

My first GEC.

Sorry for the old pre petina photo.

Jim

Jack the Ebony is very consistent. Lovely knife

Paul I'm just glad no video evidence exists of my ill advised karaoke attempts. Alcohol made me think I was rich and invisible :)

Taking along an old Leatherman, K55 "Cat" and a SP3 to work.
New riding season and hope I don't need the Leatherman.;)

These two are with me on this beautiful morning,

Joel Chamblin whittler and a Sean O'Hare Splice, both in Mike Norris "Fire Clone" stainless damascus, stag and Afzelia burl

It's been a few huh? I transitioned away from traditionals awhile ago :o recently I've been pocketing my half roper, or an older Vic pioneer...and it appears I've been bitten once again by the tradional bug. So expect to see my rotten face around here more often! Ha! Everyone's posting stunning pictures, as per usual...have a great weekend folks. :)
