What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

You have my sincerest condolences, Paul. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Nanc and your boys. I hope you can gain strength from one another and from the clearly fond memories you have of your mother-in-law. I can't think of a better "Worry stone" to carry than an Ebony TC Barlow. Please know that we remember you at this time.

I'm so sorry to hear this Paul.

I'm glad you and those you love had such a remarkable woman in your lives. Women.

I'm also glad we were carrying the same knife today.

~ P.

Paul, I am so sorry to hear this. I know you and Nanc were preparing for it, but you're never truly ready for it when it comes. My condolences to you and Nanc. My thoughts and prayers for you guys are with you. :(

I echo this sentiment, and I also carried the same knife today, and will tomorrow in her honor. My condolences.

Paul, My sincerest condolences to you, Nanc and your family. Your Mother in Law Lyla must have been a great lady judging by her family.

Paul, May your Mother in law rest in peace and you never forget how awesome your wife is.

Very sorry to hear that Paul, my sincerest condolences to you and your family. Peace be with you all.

I love steel bolsters and wish more knives these days had them

Paul, having dealt with what seems like two years of many losses all I can say is that it does get easier, life does go on, and hopefully you'll learn to appreciate everything more for the wear. God bless you and yours.

Joe

Jerry, Mark, Robb, Sarah, Bob, Rachael, Keith, nugun55, Dave, David, Keith, Phil, Gev, Jeff, Stephen and Joe, you people are very special. Nancy marvels at the family here and the true sincerity they exhibit towards others...THANK YOU ALL!!! Your support is so very appreciated and truly amazing!!!

You are my friends and I am fortunate to find you here day to day. Nanc is sleeping and I'm actually amazed she had energy to run the numerous errands she did this morning (there's that strength again). I will show her these posts of support and know through appreciative tears she will thank each and every one of you.

Sarah, Phil and Rachael...Thank you for carrying your Ebony TC, I will feel your kinship tomorrow as I'll have mine with me again as well.

Your all amazing and I am blessed to be among such kind people.

Just getting caught up on this thread - my heartfelt condolences, Paul.

I'll be carrying this tomorrow:

Condolences Paul, she is in a better place and will live on in your memories. Cherish those, they will help you through the pain of her passing. Wishing you peace and healing.

The Case in this photo was a gift from my father, who is battling a terminal illness. I recently gave it back to him, as a good luck charm. It is dull as a stump, and I doubt he could open it, but he carries it every day in memory of better times.

Will be wearing black tomorrow with this knife in tow - in honor of:

Condolences my friend and for Nanc as well. :o

Paul, I'm sorry for your loss. I watched my mom go through the deaths of her parents, and it really is amazing seeing the lengths a women will go to to comfort for the ones they love.
