What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

"Half/Stop- Where is Primble? :eek::D"

Yea Ron, What happened to that guy? :eek: He has some sweet knives! :D

He does have some sweet knives, but this one here is sweeter than 5lbs of sugar! :D Great to see you post Mark! :cool::thumbup:

There are some knives I would just not like to sell or trade, this is one of them.

I think GEC got all the proportions right on this pattern, great in the hand, narrow Barehead yet broad Spear, the blade types, the bone, all steel and wraparound spring. I'd very much like to get a single blade Viper version with Spear but not in that lacklustre acrylic but the search seems fruitless so far...

I totally agree. I have a couple single blade 92's, but the spear on this version is just perfect and I LOVE a coping secondary blade. I would love to own one someday!

I agree with you, it looks wonderful. What a great blade combination it has. I don't recall having seen that pattern before. Which one is it?

Thanks to you and Macchina for the approval:cool:

It's a 92 Eureka Jack. The Tidioute versions came Barehead, which I prefer. I've always thought this would make an exciting Forum Knife: the pattern is rare and unusual, it's ready made by GEC, just add a few special 'fixings' such as unique bone, longpull perhaps or more swedge and you have a fine knife for EDC or collecting. But what do I know...?:rolleyes:

Here's the Ivory Smooth Bone version, Tidioute did an Ebony too.
